Come prepared

What to bring with you.

None of this is required, but bringing what you have makes your first visit faster and more useful.

Photo ID & insurance card

So we can verify benefits. We'll explain coverage upfront.

Recent imaging if you have it

X-rays, MRIs, CTs — disc, paper, or a portal login. We can review prior studies.

List of medications

Including supplements. Helps us plan around what you're already taking.

Comfortable clothes

Nothing fancy needed — wear what lets you move. We may ask you to demonstrate motions.

HSA / FSA card

If you plan to pay with one. Cards are accepted for most services.

Your questions

What you've tried, what hasn't worked, what you want to feel better doing. The more honest, the better.

HSA & FSA — widely accepted.

Most of our services are eligible for HSA and FSA spending. Bring your HSA/FSA card and we'll run it like any other card.

  • Chiropractic adjustments — eligible
  • Spinal decompression — eligible
  • Class IV laser, shockwave, EMS — eligible
  • HBOT and supportive therapies — eligible

Insurance — we'll help you understand your coverage.

We help check what your insurance covers, but be aware: advanced wellness services like spinal decompression, HBOT, Class IV laser, shockwave, and our neuropathy program are rarely covered by any plan. We're upfront about that before you book.

  • Chiropractic adjustments — sometimes covered
  • Auto-injury / whiplash claims — handled directly
  • Verification call before your visit — included

Self-pay — clear pricing, no surprises.

Many patients choose to self-pay for cleaner pricing and no insurance restrictions on care. Pricing is transparent and discussed at consult — never after the fact.

  • Bundled service plans — better value than per-visit
  • No insurance approvals to wait on
  • Treatment plans built around what you need, not what's covered

CareCredit — financing if you need it.

For larger care plans (especially regenerative medicine and decompression programs), CareCredit lets you spread cost over time with promotional financing.

  • Apply online before your visit
  • Use it for any portion of care, including HSA/FSA-eligible services
  • Promotional 6, 12, 18, 24-month plans available

Paperwork

Save time — fill out before you arrive.

If you'd like, you can fill out new-patient paperwork before your visit. If you'd rather do it in the office, that's fine too.

Common questions

Quick answers, real talk.

How long is the first visit?

Plan for 60–90 minutes. We don't rush — the first visit sets the foundation for everything that follows.

Will I be adjusted on day one?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It depends on what we find on exam. We won't adjust until we have a clear picture and have explained the plan to you.

Do I need imaging beforehand?

No. If you have any, bring it. If you don't, we'll determine whether imaging is needed during the exam.

What if I don't have insurance?

Most of our patients pay HSA/FSA, self-pay, or use CareCredit. We're transparent about pricing and care plan options.

Can I bring a family member or translator?

Absolutely. Dr. Banman speaks Spanish, so a translator isn't required for Spanish-speaking patients — but bring whomever helps you feel comfortable.

How soon can I book?

Same-day appointments are often available, especially earlier in the week. Call (727) 213-2982 for the fastest path. Otherwise, our Jane App scheduler is open 24/7.
