- From Parrish, head south on US-301 OR get on I-75 South at Exit 229 (Moccasin Wallow Rd), both routes work.
- If on I-75: continue south to Exit 217 (SR-70 / Lakewood Ranch Blvd).
- If on US-301: turn east on SR-70 in Bradenton and follow it to Lakewood Ranch.
- Once on SR-70 east of I-75, turn left onto Lakewood Ranch Blvd, then quick right onto Professional Parkway.

Are you in-network with my insurance?
We are a cash-pay practice. The only insurance billing we handle is Personal Injury (PI) and auto-injury cases under Florida PIP. If you have commercial insurance or Medicare, you are still welcome; you would pay cash, and for most people the multi-modality program is worth more than an in-network office that only does adjustments. The recommendation is based on what your body actually needs, not what we have in the back. Some patients only need adjustments; others need decompression plus laser plus EMS. We match the treatment to the case. And if this is not the right fit for your problem, we will tell you honestly and point you toward what is.
How long is the typical drive from Parrish?
From central Parrish (US-301 / Erie Rd area), 22 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. From Ellenton or Palmetto, about 20 minutes. The drive is straightforward, US-301 south or I-75 south, both end up at our SR-70 exit. Many Parrish patients say the drive is the calmest part of their day.
